We are a small, family owned restoration shop located in Grand Marais, MN about 10 miles from the shores of Lake Superior and 5 miles from the Boundry Waters Canoe Area. We specialize in antique and classic aircraft restoration, aircraft maintenance (all phases), aircraft modifications, custom paint schemes and upholstery. We carry 100LL and Jet A fuel. The success of our business depends upon the satisfaction of our customers. Roy Aero Service takes pride in really listening to what our customers want for their airplanes. This accounts for the fact that 90% of our business comes from former customers and their referrals. We have become well known for our all-inclusive services. The scope of services we provide ranges from small repairs to complete restorations, ranging in size from Taylorcraft to small Twins.
